I don’t agree tbh. He is too precising in the pursuit of his goals to properly represent them. The US is in the situation it is in so small part because of the sideways dedication and genuine know-how of this person.

He is, clearly, not wise (as is true of anybody willing to sell their fellows for power), but what he lacks in wisdom, he more than makes up for in cruel cunning. He is a bad representative of maga because maga is more like his prey or his host than it is something he’s an actual part of. It’s a real shame that this awesome planet has such a bad case of human infestation. Keeping to the religious theme, we have more than enough resources and know-how to turn this world into an actualized garden of eden. There’s just no money in feeding the poor and genuinely taking care of our kin. Causing problems oftentimes makes more money than solving them, unfortunately. So instead, we’re having this stupid-ass, pointless, needless dialogue as the money-machine that has damned us all continues to do it’s damndest to see to it that we take this could-be paradise and turn it into an actual, tangible hell.
