When you fail an open book test…

Honestly, trump voters can’t be called [A]mericans anymore, they got [F-], now the entire class is getting punished because most present on the exam day failed, and some didn’t even show to to take the test.

In reality, it doesn’t matter how legal something is.

The question is who decides if it should be enforced and when.

If you say it, it WILL be enforced. If the President said it, probably not so much.

It’s well known that the president of the USA isn’t allowed to say they’re going to kill people, they’re only allowed to actually kill people.

Since laws don’t exist anymore (of course depending on which side you are) and the president can do whatever he wants with no consequences he can totally have anyone killed.

You can say it. It’s legal as long as it’s not deemed a legitimate threat. If you disclose specific plans about how you might do so, expect a visit from the FBI.

If a 'visit ’ is warranted your already going to jail. Pretty sure that’s considered a felony and handled by the Secret Service.

Are you talking about 50 years ago or present date? Pretty sure Trump would get a slap on the hand at most. Besides, he can just point his sycophants in your direction and keep his plausible deniability.

    Depends on which president.

In Russia, China, USA, its de facto legal.

And it also depends on which president you made the threat against, and where you are. I’m pretty sure as a US Citizen in the US, I can safely say this:

I’m gonna kill the President of PRC. I have always wanted to, I have a personal grudge his political party, and him being in that party make him my enemy. I really wanna shoot him in the face, and if I had a gun, and he was right in front of me, I’d shoot him until he dead, then reload and keep shooting.

There. I said it. Lol. FBI wouldn’t bat an eye since the US and PRC are adversaries right now. I’m gonna wait and see if PRC is gonna send their agents for me.

(I mean unless they settle on some trade deal that ends with deporting US Citizen anti-PRC dissidents? 👀)

    Pretty dumb thing to telegraph.

Enforcement is what matters most, regardless of legality. Especially under fascists, it’s selective application.
