Let the right be wrong
Ironic that evangelicals used this.
Let the white doves sing
Doves don’t even sing
Didnt want to name specifics because they might not exist for certain browsers, but you can search “archive” and there will be many
Proton is not a linux distribution it is a compatibility layer for Windows apps to run on Linux.
For a linux beginner I’d recommend Linux Mint definitely.
Your “Games are the only software that it is acceptable to pay for” take is based
VPNs are not a good option. Use Tor. The problem with VPNs is that you can’t prove that logs aren’t kept, companies are not trustworthy. A “VPN” is a “Virtual Private Network” and the system is intended for accessing a private network, not for accessing the internet. “VPN” companies’s products are not VPNs they are encrypted proxies.
You can access YT content via Invidious
https://invidious.io/ is the project page
https://inv.nadeko.net/ is my preferred instance
You said you fixed it with a script did you remember to disable the script
You should remember to send all YT videos that you watch to archive.org
There are browser extensions to do this conveniently
Then people move to Linux
forcing people to support a project for Y amount of years would really harm indie developers releasing Linux distros and the like
Solution: implement as consumer protection that only applies to paid OS’s (and also ones that require a license, even if it’s “free” due to coming with the hardware)
Mandatory open source public domain release at EOS.
At Win10 EOS, people would make Windows distros, and ReactOS would no longer have to be a clean room implementation.
Also this would be a success for Stop Killing Games.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tankie
Tankie is a pejorative label generally applied to authoritarian communists, especially those who support or defend acts of repression by such regimes, their allies, or deny the occurrence of the events thereof. More specifically, the term has been applied to those who express support for one-party Marxist–Leninist socialist republics, whether contemporary or historical. It is commonly used by anti-authoritarian leftists, anarchists, libertarian socialists, left communists, social democrats, democratic socialists, and reformists to criticise Leninism, although the term has seen increasing use by liberal and right‐wing factions as well.[5][4]
