That Adderall is pretty literally speed like you would get as recreational, dextroamphetamine, not sure I would abuse it like taking a high dose, just absolutely confident I would want to stay up.

I remember being able to sleep on speed as a teenager and that felt so good, it just felt so good as a high, a little or a lot. Really bad for your heart, but apparently Adderall at the regular dose is good for your brain, protective vs. dementia. As is coffee, and exercise which are what I use to medicate.

The animals I see here are birds, lizards, snakes, bugs, bats, possums and rats and occasionally a raccoon, armadillo, or alligator.

In all cases (except the crows who sometimes come here for food) the animals disregard me or are wary.

I would say my feelings about them are that I leave them alone but am happy enough when they interact with me a little. One time I shared the condensation on my drink with a jumping spider and it’s one of the things I’ll remember forever. Whenever I set down the drink it would run over and drink from the outside of the bottle. It was so cute.

Sourdough Rye for me, hands down. With onions or olives or the caraway seeds or just the rye. I make it with about 35-40% whole rye flour and the rest bread flour and it’s so good!
