24 hours agoYeah, the suspension is what went out on mine, their part, has to be ordered through them. The repair guy was nice and literally told me that 3/4s the cost was literally the parts because they could only do manufacturer. What’s infuriating to me is the fact that older washers didn’t have auto balance or suspension. Everything was welded to the frame. Yeah sure it would bounce around a lot but you could easily just stop the washer and rebalance it. My parents washer and dryer were handed down from their parents and lasted 30 years with no issues.
Jesus man, it’s the other side of the country from you. A lot of these people would benefit from just shutting the fuck up but it’s just impossible for them. They feel they have a voice so they have to get up on whatever shitty stage and just blast garbage.
