Reminder that in March 2016 Trump insulted Ted Cruz’s wife, and by October Cruz was answering phones for the Trump campaign because he’s a spineless piece of shit who would stick his head all the way up the FCC chairman’s asshole tomorrow if Trump so much as frowned at him.

It took Cruz this long to realize Trumps entire personality and mode of operation is wanna be mafia boss. Extortion is the only negotiating Trump is capable of.

I do not like that man, Ted Cruz.

I do not like his awful views.

I do not like his stupid hair.

I do like him here or there.

I hate that man with all my might.

But, damn, this time the shit bag’s right.

You aren’t agreeing with them, they’re agreeing with you.

We’ve been calling tye administration out on stuff like this, now some right wing figures are sometimes agreeing with us

Pretty sure it’s just the ones on Russia’s payroll being given new marching orders to sow disorder in the party. These people stand for literally nothing.

It’s not different than Gavin Newsom.

They have no spine, and no loyalty.

Cruz would absolutely love for trump to go away, most of them would. Because they all imagine being the one to take over next.

After trump it’s going to be late or after Bush where you can’t find a single Republican or moderate who will admit to voting for him.

They’ll all pretend this shit never happened

I keep wondering what the Tea Party v2.0 will be. All of these Sudden Independents ™ will need some way to burn all the Nazi uniforms and some new banner and sham “party” to rally behind.

All those teabaggers thought they were fooling people and would get positively outraged [1] if you 1) remember that they called themselves teabaggers, not “the left”, and remind them of that simple fact, and 2) pointed out that it was entirely astroturfing done to give conservatives and Republicans cover for their W support and for their support of invading Iraq (again).

I wonder how much of that stupid Orange Jesus regalia ends up in the dumpster weeks after he passes away.

[1] Several of them would run to mods on Denver Post to get me banned and my posts taken down. I had several timeouts for any reference to their original name, which was, in fact, teabaggers and that them denying it was just them rewriting history. I had timeouts for pointing out the mere fraud that was part of the “taxed enough already” so-called “movement”. At one point just using the term “astoturf” was enough to have a post of mine pulled.

“Look, I like Brendan Carr. He’s a good guy, he’s the chairman of the FCC. I work closely with him, but what he said there is dangerous as hell,”

I didn’t have “Ted Cruz is the adult in the room” on my bingo card

Anybody ever get the impression that a whole bunch of Republicans would almost be halfway pseudo-decent (or at least not complete monsters) if they would just quit being cowardly authoritarian followers supporting in lockstep every evil impulse of the worst of them?

To me, that fucking cowardice is almost more contemptible than the evil leadership itself.

He wouldn’t know. He was busy in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1963 readying his cryptograms for 5 years to send to the police after he killed 4 innocent young people.

It’d kinda be fun if one day the son of Kennedy’s assassin gets the job of changing Trump’s diapers.
