You seriously read phrases like “develop friendly relations among nations” “take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace” “encourag[e] respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion” and came away thinking that representing everyone in the world has nothing to do with this organization?
