The Wall Street Journal, its parent company and Rupert Murdoch asked a federal judge to dismiss Donald Trumpā€˜s $10 billion defamation lawsuit over the publication’s report on the president’s past connections to Jeffrey Epstein.

ā€œThe First Amendment’s protections for truthful speech are the backbone of the Constitution,ā€ the Journal’s attorneys wrote in their motion.

The attorneys also challenged the notion the that the article could have damaged Trump’s reputation, noting that he had ā€œpublicly admitted to ā€˜locker room talk’ and has made numerous bawdy public statements,ā€ as well as to his relationship with Epstein.

Take it to court morons, to prove damages you have to prove it isn’t true, they don’t have to prove shit.

Trump will never in a million years let this progress to the point where he’s subject to discovery. Even if it went that far, Trump would have a hard time making convincing anyone that defamation is even possible for someone as vile as he is.
